About Megan

I am a yoga teacher living and practicing in Toronto, Ontario. I have completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) where I studied many aspects of the yoga practice including asana, meditation and yoga philosophy.

The beauty of yoga is that it can be practiced in any place, at any time, by any body. I believe that yoga should be accessible to all bodies so my focus is around customizing flows and providing modifications that work for my clients. After a shoulder injury, I learned to modify my practice and I want to share this knowledge with others. I also focus on mobility in my practices with elements of strength and flexibility to help prevent injury.

Yoga has many benefits including increased mind body connection, reduced stress and improved fitness. We are able to unlock more of these benefits as we go deeper into the yoga practice. I find that my personal practice is always evolving and continues to surprise me everytime I land on my mat. My hope is to share my love of yoga and help others to deepen their practice on and off the mat.
