5 Day Yoga Challenge
Want to build a more consistent yoga practice? This offering will be 5 days of 30minute online yoga classes held at 7AM-7:30AM EST (Monday April 31st to Friday August 4th). Yoga students of all-levels are invited and welcome!
Once you sign up, watch out for an email with the information you need to join the zoom meetings! Recordings will be provided if you are unable to attend a class for any reason.
The program schedule you can expect will look like:
Monday July 31st: Movement Meditation
Tuesday August 1st: Upper Body Strength
Wednesday August 2nd: Relax and Restore
Thursday August 3rd: Lower Body Strength
Friday August 4th: Playful & Creative Flow
